The super talent Bazoumana Touré, 18, is leaving the Allsvenskan football club to play for German Hoffenheim for a new record sum.

According to the club itself, it is the largest transfer sum in the club's history.

"It's a historic transfer, not just for us in Hammarby but also for Swedish football", says Hammarby's sports manager Mikael Hjelmberg to the club's website and continues:

"Economically, this transfer gives us security, great opportunities to build the club stronger and to develop our sporting activities even more in a structured way."

According to Aftonbladet, the broken records don't stop there.

The newspaper writes that the transfer is totally worth 160 million kronor, which also means that Touré becomes the most expensive sale in Allsvenskan history.

The previous record, according to Aftonbladet, was 125 million kronor, when Sebastian Nanasi was sold from Malmö FF to French Strasbourg last year.

The 18-year-old Ivorian Touré scored eight goals and four assists in 23 appearances last season.
