Kry wants compensation for the costs incurred by the closure. According to the company's calculations, this amounts to at least SEK 55 million in additional costs and lost revenue.
Region Skåne believes that Kry has not complied with the agreement with the region and has claimed that healthcare contacts have been double- and triple-registered. Kry, for its part, believes that the region has acted in violation of the current agreement.
The company says in a press release that it has tried unsuccessfully to reach a settlement.
"Then there is no other way than the legal one," says CEO Kalle Conneryd Lundgren in the press release.
He adds that he still hopes that it can be resolved in dialogue with the region.
