The war of words between Real Madrid and Tebas, who is also vice president of the Spanish Football Federation, has escalated.
"It is completely unacceptable and very serious that a person who holds the two highest positions of responsibility in Spanish football chooses to compare the club's methods to those used by the Nazi regime, with the aim of slandering the club, its management and its television channel," a statement from Real Madrid reads.
The dispute follows a statement by Javier Tebas on X, in which he said that Real Madrid's official television channel uses "a method that is reminiscent of the propaganda mechanisms used by Goebbels, the propaganda minister in Nazi Germany."
