Claes Lindahl, CEO of the listed company Intellego, has been arrested after the Swedish Economic Crime Authority carried out a raid on the company, the company confirms in a press release.

According to the Swedish Economic Crime Authority, the raid took place within the framework of an ongoing preliminary investigation into serious fraud.

"In connection with the operation, the authority has executed a detention order for 100 million SEK on the company's account," the Economic Crime Authority writes in the press release, something the company confirms.

The allegations against both Claes Lindahl and the company itself are related to the company's press releases and quarterly reports during 2025, Intellego states in its press release.

Intellego develops and manufactures color indications that show the effect of irradiation for, among other things, disinfection and sun protection products.

The company's shares are suspended from trading on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
