The comeback was announced by drummer Philip Selway on social media.
"Last year we met up to rehearse, just for fun. After a seven-year break, it felt very good to play the songs again and reconnect with a musical identity that is deeply ingrained in all five of us", he writes.
Five stops in Europe are planned for the tour, which starts in Madrid on November 4. Then Bologna, London, Copenhagen and Berlin are on the schedule. The band will play four concerts in each city.
Radiohead last performed together when they ended their Moon shaped pool tour in the US in 2018. The year before, the band was the main act at the Glastonbury festival.
Since then, frontman Thom Yorke and guitarist Jonny Greenwood have been involved in the side project The Smile.
