It's about a large number of notes that have been found in areas that require a pass card to access, reports Sydsvenskan. They have, for example, been placed on desks or stuffed into bags.

"We will never stop until you disappear from the emergency department", it said on one note, and on another: "Go back to your home country, you are a negro".

Through such notes, employees have been told that they are worthless, that they are not needed in the workplace, and someone has been called a "camel rider".

The messages are deeply offensive and racist in nature. They are also quite detailed and crudely written. I was very upset when I read them. We take this very seriously, says acting operations manager Karin Magnusson to the newspaper.

Employees have also received similar anonymous digital messages. It is unclear whether it is one or several people behind this.
