Separatist Parti Québécois Wins Quebec Election, But Majority Is Unlikely

The PQ went to the polls promising a new referendum on leaving Canada once Donald Trump’s term as US president ends.

However, according to the public broadcaster CBC’s forecast, the party does not appear likely to win a majority in the French-speaking province’s parliament.
