The Danish TV channel has verified shipping traffic on several websites and photos taken from the coast by shipping enthusiasts. According to its analysis, Graceful sailed through Danish waters on Monday night and is expected to round Skagen on Monday afternoon.
Graceful is being escorted on its voyage by a Russian patrol ship and a Russian warship, and the journey is unusual. The luxury yacht turned off its transmitter on August 30, 2022 - six months after the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine. Since then, it has been off the radar, but it has been moved. It has been seen off the coast of Estonia, among other places, after the transmitter was turned off, according to Forbes.
