President Vladimir Putin opens up for Russia's new hypersonic robot, with nuclear weapon capability, to be deployed in Belarus. The move came at a meeting on Friday in Belarus with the country's leader Alexander Lukashenko. The two simultaneously signed a security pact where Moscow guarantees support to Belarus.
The security guarantee includes Moscow's new nuclear doctrine and the possibility of firing nuclear weapons from Belarusian territory.
Russia's new hypersonic robot, which is estimated to have a speed ten times the speed of sound, has a range of 550 miles.
