The punk icons Sex Pistols are coming to Sweden Rock this summer. The legendary original punks are coming in their new lineup, where singer Johnny Rotten has been replaced by Frank Carter, according to Expressen.
The original members Steve Jones (guitar), Glen Matlock (bass) and Paul Cook (drums) will, however, be participating.
Frank Carter, 40, also plays in The Rattlesnakes and Gallows. "With his dedicated punk attitude and almost unbelievable energy on stage, he is tailor-made for Sex Pistols' music", writes Sweden Rock in a press release.
Sweden Rock takes place on June 4-7, 2025. Other bands include Slipknot, Sabaton, Scorpions and Korn.
