There was a puncture on Sunday's penultimate stage of the World Rally Championship in Italy, setting the stage for a dramatic World Championship finish.

Overall leader Elfyn Evans suffered a puncture early in the stage and lost valuable time during the wheel change, while Solberg had a clean stage.

Going into this weekend's races, Solberg was 21 points behind Evans. But thanks to good driving from the Värmland native and help from the puncture, the gap is now just one point, in Evans' favour, heading into the final stretch of the season.

Now it's all in, Solberg says in TV4's broadcast.

The situation is that if Solberg beats Evans on the final special stage and finishes in the top five, he will take home the world championship title.

The last leg begins at 2:15 p.m.
