After the British pop band reunited in 2023 after more than a decade-long hiatus, interest in the band has increased. During their tours, which among other things took them to Way Out West in Gothenburg last year, they have hinted at new music by playing several new songs.

The band was at its biggest in the 90s and is known for songs like "Common people" and "Disco 2000". They are often seen as one of the four major Britpop bands, along with Oasis, Blur and Suede.
