The conflict of interest concerns a meeting he had about television rights with representatives of the French top flight in July 2024.
The meeting was held the day after BeIN made a bid of just over 1.2 billion kronor (100 million euros) to broadcast one Ligue 1 match a week. The bid was later accepted by the league.
Nasser al-Khelaifi has been at the helm of PSG since Qatar Sports Investment took over the club in 2011. The Paris club has since won the league twelve times and the Champions League in the past two seasons.
