On Friday, a calf was injured, and the County Administrative Board believes that a wolf caused the injuries. Therefore, a decision has been made to hunt a wolf for protection.

This means that we will appoint a hunting leader who will contact local hunters in the area who will be involved, says Mia Bisther, predator officer at the Västra Götaland County Administrative Board, to SVT.

There have also been wolf attacks in Trollhättan, Tidaholm and Tidan outside Skövde.
