The prosecutors are seeking a prison sentence of at least eleven years and three months for Sean ”Diddy” Combs, write American media.

”At least 135 months in prison” and 500,000 dollars in fines for Diddy, the prosecution is seeking after the highly publicized trial this summer, according to American court documents.

The 55-year-old rap mogul was acquitted in July of the more serious charges of sex trafficking and extortion, which could have resulted in life imprisonment. However, he was convicted of two cases of pimping-related crimes – for having transported male prostitutes across state borders to his "freak-offs", orgies that involved his ex-girlfriend and artist Cassie as well as another former girlfriend.

The maximum penalty for the two crimes is ten years each. The court is expected to announce the sentence on Friday, October 3. Diddy denies the crimes and is expected to appeal.

The rapper has been imprisoned for over a year. His defense lawyers believe that it is sufficient considering what he has been convicted of. They have also stated that he has been "incident-free" in prison and that he is supposed to have been drug-free for the first time in a quarter of a century.
