Prosecutor seeks to lift SEK 100 million seizure against Intellego, still plans corporate fine

However, Hertz still expects to seek a corporate fine of 100 million kronor against the company, the newspaper writes .

Hertz's reasons for lifting the lien are that the company has a new annual report, a new independent board of directors and a provision has been made to cover the fine.

The investigation into Intellego - which manufactures and develops UV technology used in disinfection, sun protection and industry - has been ongoing since a raid in November last year.

The stock was delisted this spring and a former CEO has been charged with gross fraud, including fraudulent invoices. A former board member is also suspected of a crime.
