Prosecutor James von Reis filed a motion on Thursday to extend the time limit for prosecution in the investigation into the captain of the vessel involved in an accident with a recreational boat.
Four people - a man, a woman and two young children - were on board. The man and one child were rescued by private individuals, but the mother and one child died.
