The trial in Lund District Court was concluded on Thursday. The 38-year-old man has been held accountable for, among other things, a serious rape and sexual harassment of over 30 women and children.
The man denies the rape of a girl but has admitted to giving her drugs and alcohol. He also admits to filming under skirts and dresses in public environments but denies any crime.
He previously lived at Nytorget in Stockholm where he, in his home, filmed rapes, sexual assaults and harassments of sleeping or unconscious women.
He was sentenced to five years in prison, but was released on probation after having served two-thirds of the sentence – despite repeated misconduct during his prison time and a high risk of recidivism being assessed.
The new allegations of crimes concern events during his conditional release.
