The man has admitted to having tied up Kardashian, but denies being a leader. According to the prosecutor, he gave orders, recruited others, and traveled to Belgium to sell the stolen jewelry.
Ten people are standing trial for the robbery which took place in October, most of them are in their 60-70 years old. Several have already admitted. The prosecutors claim that Kardashian was robbed of jewelry worth ten million dollars.
The robbers have also been allowed to speak in court and a letter from one of the defendants has been read out, where the man for what happened. Kardashian said with tears in her eyes that she appreciated the letter, and that she forgave the man.
But it doesn't change the feelings, the trauma, and how my life has changed, she said.
