A 19-year-old man is being prosecuted for raping a woman of the same age in a toilet at a high school in Jönköping County, reports P4 Jönköping.
The accused is also alleged to have threatened and assaulted the woman for nearly a year. Both have been students at the school.
In addition to rape, the suspect is being prosecuted for gross violation of integrity. He denies the crime. Several witnesses have been called to the trial.
