Since the Tidö parties announced in early March that they had agreed on changes to the law on the issue, without giving any details, the Migration Board has paused certain deportations. Cases that have become legally binding are not included.

Forssell cannot answer when the law may come into force.

Teenage deportations involve young people whose parents have the right to be in Sweden, but who do not meet the requirements for their own residence permit when they turn 18.
