Embracer reports an adjusted operating result of 1.2 billion kronor for the third quarter of the broken financial year, ending in December. This is a profit decrease of 11 percent compared to the corresponding quarter a year earlier.
Net sales during the quarter fell to 7.36 billion kronor, down from 7.62 billion.
"The spin-off of Asmodee has been successfully completed and the separately listed company is now traded on Nasdaq Stockholm. With a net cash position on a pro forma basis of approximately 5 billion SEK per Q3, we are intensifying our work to optimize the distribution of companies and assets, as part of our next spin-off", the company writes in the report.
