"There are a few left that we have not yet prosecuted, and who will be included in this trial, but more may be prosecuted at a later date," says prosecutor Ida Annerstedt to Tidningen Ångermanland.
Several of the defendants have admitted to the crime.
A man in his 60s has been in custody since October last year on suspicion of aggravated procuring. He is suspected of having sold his wife to at least 120 men.
The prosecutor expects to indict the man on Monday.
