He is charged with rape and child rape. According to the prosecutor, he induced the girl to participate by exploiting his position of power and her mental health and neuropsychiatric disability.
The suspected crimes allegedly took place on a large number of occasions between October 2024 and February 2026, when the alleged victim reported him to the police.
He was arrested on February 12 and has been in custody since February 16.
The man denies the crime.
