Buckingham Palace confirmed on Friday evening that King Charles and Queen Camilla received Prince Harry, his wife Meghan and their children Archie and Lilibet at the king's private residence, Highgrove, during the day.
The court described the meeting as a private family gathering.
The last time Harry and Meghan visited the UK was for Queen Elizabeth II's funeral in 2022.
The meeting is an important step forward in family relations, which have been tense since Harry and his wife Meghan left Britain and their royal duties in 2020, the BBC writes.
While Prince Harry and his family were at Highgrove, his brother, Prince William, played in a charity polo match in Windsor.
