Prince Harry and other high-profile plaintiffs, including singer Elton John and actresses Liz Hurley and Sadie Frost, allege that publisher Associated Newspapers Limited (ANL) and its publications, the Daily Mail, Mail on Sunday, and MailOnline, engaged in unlawful information gathering, including phone tapping, and misled officials, allegedly invading their privacy.
Prince Harry is not expected to testify until Thursday, and the trial is expected to last nine weeks.
