The High Court in London says the lawsuit is dismissed because the seven plaintiffs have failed to prove their allegations, the BBC reports.
In a joint statement with Doreen Lawrence, whose son was murdered in south London in 1993, Harry says the verdict is "shocking" and "completely unjustified."
Liz Hurley and Elton John are also part of the group that has claimed, among other things, that ANL hired private investigators to illegally snoop into their private lives for two decades.
This case is just the latest in a series of lawsuits by Harry and other celebrities against British media outlets. The prince has previously settled with News Corp (NGN), which publishes The Sun, and received “a substantial financial settlement.”
