The song "Strange" was written by Gillespie and Björn Yttling.
"I called Bobby and presented the idea of having him on a Yttling Jazz song. I sent some music and within ten minutes a fantastic demo version of 'Strange' came back," says Yttling in a press release.
The song is included on an upcoming special edition of the Grammy-nominated Yttling Jazz album "Illegal Hit," which was released last year.
Scottish band Primal Scream had a big breakthrough with "Screamadelica" in the early 1990s.
