A previously unplayed and unknown play by Lars Norén will have its premiere at the Gothenburg City Theatre in September, reports Cultural News in Swedish Radio.
When playwright and author Lars Norén died four years ago, he left behind at least three unplayed plays and a large artistic legacy. "Communion" will be the first of the unplayed plays to have its premiere.
Linda Zachrison, head of the Gothenburg City Theatre, describes it as a choral work that contains "humor and irony, in combination with pain and seriousness".
Eva Dahlman will direct the production.
