It has been used in the World Championship, Champions League, Serie A, La Liga, and in The Championship.
In next week, semi-automated offside technology will also be introduced in England's top league in football, Premier League.
"The technology automates key elements in the offside decision-making process as support for VAR referees", writes Premier League in a statement, according to BBC.
The first match with the new technology will be Manchester City's home match against Crystal Palace on April 12.
