Rasmus Andersson, Calgary defender, likes to play tough and uses his body for physical play.
He makes his national team debut tonight when Sweden meets the USA in the last group stage match in the Four Nations.
Could the same thing happen in that match?
Anything can happen. So we'll see, says the 28-year-old Malmö-born defender, son of former national team defender and now coach Peter Andersson.
"We'll see"
And he doesn't rule out that he himself would throw punches if he gets such an "invitation".
We'll see then, if I get it.
In Sweden, the six players involved in the three fights would have received game misconduct penalties and likely been suspended afterwards.
In the NHL, the culture is different and after two minutes in the penalty box, they were back.
Rasmus Andersson praises what happened.
It was fun, that's how hockey should be. If everyone is on board, it's fun and it feels like when you read social media that it's been a big success.
"Increased interest"
Brady Tkachuk, one of the fighters, draws the same conclusion from the reactions.
After the USA's warm-up on Monday, he says:
When you read social media and hear people around talking about it, most are positive. It seems to have increased interest in hockey, says Tkachuk, whose brother Matthew, who also fought, misses the match against Sweden due to injury.
Rasmus Andersson on the Swedish conditions, that they can be out of the final chance when the match begins:
We focus primarily on making a really good match, then we'll see where it takes us.
Rasmus Andersson replaces Mattias Ekholm, Edmonton, in the Swedish team and on the forward side, Leo Carlsson comes in instead of Victor Arvidsson, who gets to rest.
Meetings between the USA and Sweden in Boston start at 02.00 tonight.
