Now it's clear, the Italian fashion house Prada is buying the competitor Versace from Capri Holdings, which thereby returns to Italian ownership.
The deal, which has been ongoing for several months, is valued at 1.38 billion dollars, approximately 14 billion kronor, and strengthens Prada as Italy's largest fashion house.
The deal is also the largest in Prada's 112-year history.
