In Odesa, at least three people have been injured after a 19-story residential building was hit and several floors were destroyed, the local military command said on Telegram.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko also announced that a residential building and an office building had been damaged in the attack on the capital. At least 18 people were injured. According to an AFP journalist, about ten loud explosions were heard in Kyiv during the night.
Russia is also reported to have attacked a civilian ship in the Black Sea. According to Ukraine's Ministry of Infrastructure, it was sailing under a Tanzanian flag.
"The ship's captain was killed and three other crew members were injured," the ministry wrote on Telegram.
Corrected: In an earlier version of the text, reference was made to the wrong department regarding the ship attack.
