Centre-back Gustaf Lagerbielke came to the training camp on Monday with a groin injury and was ruled out of the Romania match from the start. He is rehabbing with the hope of being ready to play during the training camp.
Midfielder Besfort Zeneli is being ruled out with a sprained foot.
The Sweden men's team will face Romania in the first Nations League match at home at Strawberry Arena on Friday evening.
