Postnord has got the sorting machine started at the terminal in Veddesta. The machine caused a total stop during Wednesday and 70,000 packages were affected. During the night to Thursday, the technicians had solved the problem.
Delays for recipients will not be noticed too much, says Anders Porelius, press chief at Postnord and adds:
It is difficult to say how much delay but you will notice a delay of a day or so.
During the morning, the machine was temporarily stopped for service maintenance but will be in full operation again from 10.00 on Thursday morning.
