The remaining portion of the dividend will go to the Danish state, which owns 40 percent of Postnord.
"The board of directors proposes that dividends be paid as a return on invested capital to the shareholders, taking into account the company's and the group's results and financial position. The proposal means that the meeting decides on a dividend of SEK 0.13 per share, a total of SEK 260,000,000," Postnord writes in the notice.
The meeting will take place on October 15 at Postnord's headquarters in Solna.
