Iran's delegation is led by Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, who on Tuesday described the negotiations as a "historic opportunity."
Meanwhile, U.S. President Donald Trump is threatening military strikes on Iran if the talks fail. In his State of the Union address, Trump reiterated the message of never "allowing the world's leading sponsor of terrorism to have access to nuclear weapons."
