– We were alerted to loud bangs at 21.30, says the police's press spokesperson Maria Hall.
The person has, according to region Västmanland, serious injuries but is currently stable.
The police have started an investigation into attempted murder and serious weapons offense. The area has been cordoned off for a technical investigation.
