The police note that their internal communication was overloaded during the operation at Campus Risbergska, writes Polistidningen.

The police officers who went in to stop the mass shooting had problems getting through with important information via the police radio. This was because there was so much communication on the channel, as shown by the police's own investigation.

Very many employees called up on the same radio channel that those inside the school used, says Johanna Olsson, who coordinates the investigations into the police's operation, to SVT Örebro.

But the radio problems did not affect how the operation at Risbergska went in the end, she emphasizes to SVT.

In similar operations in the future, it is proposed, among other things, that communication be divided into different groups depending on how important it is.
