When the suspect tore open a package of narcotics, several police officers suddenly found themselves in a cloud of cocaine, reports P4 Sjuhärad. Three of them then tested positive for the drug.
After the operation, in Borås on Monday, the entire police group was taken out of service for work environment reasons.
Deputy local police area chief Stefan Gustafsson does not want to comment on the incident, but says that there are no suspicions that the police officers have committed any crime.
