The man was arrested in April last year and remanded in custody a few days later. Police have reviewed his computers and phones. The man is suspected of several sex crimes, including sexual assault of a child, sexual molestation of a child and exploitation of a child for sexual posing.
Several of the crimes are suspected to have taken place in Botkyrka in Stockholm County.
According to the prosecutor, there are 22 separate crimes involving about ten children.
