The national bomb squad was called to a villa in Videdal in Malmö on Saturday night due to a suspected dangerous object. The object was found to be live and was neutralized on site, writes the police.
The object was found by a car that was parked in a carport. A large area was cordoned off and residents in nearby houses were evacuated.
A report of attempted gross public endangerment is being drawn up, but there is currently no suspect.
