It was after 9 pm on Saturday evening that a larger police operation was underway at Frescati in Stockholm, several men between 18 and 50 years old have been arrested suspected of different crimes, including robbery. All of them have been detained by the prosecutor.
We have stopped a settlement in the underworld. Some crimes were completed, others not, thanks to our intervention, says Ola Österling, press spokesperson for the Stockholm police region.
Low-flying helicopters also participated in the operation, which took place at the Natural History Museum.
What the suspicions concern more exactly is something the police do not want to comment on. No one has been injured.
