The alarm about "a very loud bang" was received just before 00:30 on Saturday night. According to the police, a witness saw someone running from the scene, and during the night they were able to arrest a person suspected of the crime.
A vehicle sustained extensive damage in the incident. A window was broken on the adjacent building and the facade sustained minor damage.
A preliminary investigation into public danger has been initiated.
