A woman died during a police operation in Rosengård in Malmö on May 19 after jumping from a balcony. A film recorded by the police during the operation now clears the police of suspicions of misconduct, reports Sydsvenskan.
When I saw that film and especially when I read about why they made the raid, it was enough, says prosecutor Martin Tidén to the newspaper.
The jump occurred in connection with the police breaking down the apartment door and entering.
Multiple people were taken into custody in connection with the operation, suspected of serious weapons offenses and serious narcotics offenses.
In total, sixteen police officers were involved in the operation.
