Several police cars and a police motorcycle chased a car that refused to stop for control in central Malmö tonight. The chase continued on the E6 and the police were able to stop the car after laying out a spike mat – and the car got a puncture.
In the car were two teenagers. The driver was 16 years old and the passenger 17 years old. The car was borrowed from one of the boys' parents.
The 16-year-old is suspected of drug-related drunk driving, minor narcotics offense own use, gross negligence in traffic as well as unauthorized driving.
No one was injured in connection with the incident.
