"PZPN extends its deepest condolences to Jacek Magiera's family, friends and loved ones," the association said in a statement.
Magiera was part of Poland's management team during the World Cup playoff match against Sweden in March.
The Polish Federation has not stated a cause of death.
Jacek Magiera was 49.
