The men are suspected of producing, distributing and possessing material depicting child abuse.
Two are also accused of rape of a minor, while one is described as "among the ten most active producers and distributors of pedophile material in Poland."
In addition to the arrests, police say they have seized at least 600,000 files depicting abuse of children and animals.
