A smaller aircraft has crashed in Kenya. All eleven on board were killed, the airline reports.

The plane was on its way from the coast to the inland when it crashed in the Kwale district.

"Unfortunately, there are no survivors," says Mombasa Air Safaris CEO John Cleave in a statement according to AFP, referring to preliminary information.

According to Cleave, there were eight Hungarians, two Germans and a Kenyan pilot on board the plane during Tuesday morning's accident.
