When the Environment and Building Committee conducted an inspection of a pizzeria in Enköping, the controllers discovered that a cement mixer was used to whip the restaurant's sauces, which P4 Uppland was the first to report on.
Moreover, the water to the washing station in the kitchen was turned off and there was no soap at the hand washing stations in the premises.
The inspection of the pizzeria was made in April. Now the owners risk a fine if the deficiencies are not rectified.
